For the cabinet connection, we have adopted fast lock and a single operator handle. This makes it quick and easy to connect a single cabinet, taking only 8 seconds. Additionally, we have equipped the cabinets with positioning pins to assist with alignment, ensuring both installation speed and connection accuracy.
To ensure that the modules are protected during transportation, we have placed 4 corner protectors around each corner. Furthermore, we have designed 2 bottom plates to avoid the cabinets being in direct contact with the ground.
The high-precision arc lock on our cabinets supports a range of angles from -5° to +5°, in increments of 2.5°. This allows for a variety of shapes to be created, including concave, flat, and convex. This ensures a better visual experience for the audience.
Our 500x500mm and 500x1000mm cabinets feature a common module, making mixed connection up and down possible. This allows the flexibility to meet different demands on screen size.
We understand that different projects have different requirements; therefore, we have designed our cabinets to support multiple installation methods such as hanging or stacking.
Finally, to make maintenance easier, the modules are attached with magnets to connect the cabinet. This allows for easy removal of the modules, as they can be sucked out by a vacuum chuck from the front or pushed out directly from the back.
